Terms and Conditions of Request for Reservation:

1. This reservation is not binding. The purpose of the form is to place a REQUEST FOR RESERVATION.

2. Please complete the request form.

3. We check your request in terms of dates and prices.

4. We prepare a tailored, competitively priced offer for you, which is then sent to you via email or fax.

5. Prior to sending your request, please check whether you have ordered all services you would like to use, special requests can be entered in the “special requests” box provided.

6. You will be sent a confirmation of your request, including other services, directly via email or fax.

7. After receiving the reply to your request, you will need to confirm this via email or fax. This confirmation is then binding for both parties, and further details relating to your trip are also included at that time.

8. Payment is required at reception upon arrival. The Hotel may ask for an advance payment and may cancel the4 reservation if the advance payment account is not paid.

9. Conditions of cancellation:
On cancellations of reservations 14 - 7 days prior, the Hotel is entitled to withhold a cancellation fee of 40% of the accommodation price, and 70% of the accommodation price on cancellations 7-2 days prior. If the cancellation date is less than 2 days prior to booked dates, a cancellation fee of 90% applies.

10. The Hotel will not use private information for any purpose other than reservation, and it will not disclose that information to any third party.

11. We reserve the right to changes to the pricelist.

12. The number of additional applications ordered will be confirmed after consultation with the medical practitioner and trained staff at the MediRelaxCenter.

13. Check-In by 18:00 hrs (6.00pm), check-out time is 12:00 hrs (12.00pm).

14. By completing the “email address“ box, I agree to be sent information on offers and Premium Hotels in general. The newsletters can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@premium-hotels.com.

15. By marking the box “I agree“, I confirm that all general terms and conditions of Request for Reservation and the conditions of cancellation are known to me.
